Gentry Cope, Founder + CEO

Gentry is the Founder and CEO of GencityFit LLC. Gentry is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer & Certified Nutritionist, as well as a graduate from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Women, Gender, & Sexuality Studies. Gentry has 9 years of experience coaching hundreds of women of all demographics & from a variety of circumstances. With her passion for health & fitness, as well as her education in Psychology, Gentry has combined physical & mindset coaching in order to provide clients with a holistic service.

Gentry oversees the vision, growth, management, development & sisterhood of GencityFit.


Heidi Boozer, Operations Manager, Coach, and Onboarding Specialist

Heidi is a Coach at GencityFit LLC & joined the GCF Team in June 2021. She has 13 years of coaching experience. With overcoming an eating disorder at a young age to many years under her belt as a trainer & health coach, she’s passionate about helping clients with habit change, thought distortions & regaining their confidence to live their best lives!

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelors in Sports Management, Fitness, and Nutrition from California University of Pennsylvania

  • Board Certified Health Coach through the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching

    Areas of Specialty:

  • Improving mindset with relationship with self & food

  • Overcoming issues surrounding body image, thought distortions, confidence & habit change

  • Overcoming restrictive & unhealthy habits

  • Creating a sustainable & enjoyable lifestyle

  • Experience with clients that have PCOS, hypothyroidism, diabetes, menopause & other health issues




Julie Nicolas, Coach

Julie is a Coach for GencityFit & joined the GCF Team in February of 2025. She has 4 years of coaching experience. Julie knows what it’s like to struggle with yo-yo dieting, under-eating, overeating, and feeling stuck. She lost 30 pounds and kept it off, by ditching the extremes and creating a true balanced & sustainable lifestyle. Julie is very passionate about helping women feel confident and helping them see long lasting results, without having to restrict any kinds of foods.

  • Helping women tone up and build muscle without spending hours in the gym

  • Experience with clients that have PCOS, hypothyroidism/hyperthyroidism/Hashimotos, menopause, and IBS


Tianna Andrews, Coach

Tianna is a Coach at GencityFit & joined the GCF Team in July 2023. She has 3 years of experience as a coach & has overcome an eating disorder, that propelled her passion to help other women do the same!
